Kaia Design Store Policy:

Thank you for viewing our website and for your support. Upon placing your order, please allow 7-10 business days for your order to be made for you. If an item(s) cannot be made or if an item will take longer than the above 7-10 business days- you will be notified via email immediately. Kaia Design provides the materials on this website "as is" without warranties of any kind. We accept Visa, Master Card, JCB and Pay Pal to make purchases. Your issuing bank must be based in the United States and your shipping address, billing address must be within the United States as well. The personal information we collect on the Kaia Design purchase order page such as shipping, billing, name, address, email address, phone number and credit card information are secure and private. We do not share this information with outside parties except to the extent neccessary to complete your order or to provide services where the outside party (such as shipping or customer support center) is acting on our behalf and has no independent right to use the information.

Shipping & Handling Policy:

Kaia Design ship via UPS anywhere in the continental United States Only. We do not ship to P.O. Boxes, so please be sure to include a street address. Upon checkout you (the customer) will be charged shipping based on the UPS shipping method you choose on our website. A 8.375% Sales tax (on item priced $110.00 & up) to New York State orders only will also be applied. Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with the UPS tracking number for you to track your package online.

Return Policy:


Your happiness with our merchandise is important. However if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will gladly refund your credit card. All return(s) must be shipped back to us within 14 days of the shipment date. All return item(s) must be unworn, in perfect condition with the original protective packaging. All returns must be prepaid by the customer and with a request for signature for your own protection. We are not responsible for lost packages therefore - All returns must also ship using a shipping method with tracking capabilities. Please note, if you are using United States Postal Service, please get a delivery confirmation. Sorry we cannot accept C.O.D deliveries and we cannot issue a refund if your package is lost or damaged. Once we receive your returned item(s), we will issue a refund to your credit card (this must also be the same credit card that was used to make the purchase) you will be emailed when your return is processed.
