A: Orders are made within 7-10 business days.

A: We will try our best to rush all orders but 7-10 business days is our best production time. However, Please submit a quick comment in the comment box located at the bottom of the Kaia Design payment page and the best we can do is try.

Q: I would like to place an order but I live overseas?
A: Kaiadesign currently does not offically ship overseas but depending on where you live, we can try. Please note all orders sent overseas are final and you must email us first- before placing an order.

Q: I received a damaged item but its never been worn?
A: Please email us immediately to disuss a replacement.

Q: I am a retail buyer, can I place an order?
A: Yes, you can but please contact us first- before placing your order.
